Christmas Discretion

It’s Christmas time,
So be discreet,
Keep your pain packaged,
All tight and neat,
Don’t let it show,
To no girl or boy,
Don’t ruin others Christmas joy,
Just keep it bundled,
For yourself,
Try and hide it,
On the shelf,
Your tears will dry,
The anguish smother,
Then this day will pass,
Just like any other.
